Training is a broker, who merges demand and supply of know-how in the areas
of HR-ICT, Recruitment and labour market communication by means of practically-oriented
HR and ICT-trainings, workshops and seminars. Our trainers/consultants actively
keep track of the developments and demands within the market.
In view of finding solutions to specific
demands, Arkos Training develops tailor made training sessions, workshops
and seminars. If required Arkos Training will search for partners, who dispose
of specific knowledge within a certain area. This makes all the training initiatives,
workshops and seminars very practical and up to date.
Some examples:
- On
a regular basis we organise one-day practical-oriented trainings for managers.
By introducing the right questions the manager will learn to estimate the
competence of the candidate as required for the position. Naturally we look
out for traps such as blown up CV’s and non reasonable salary requests.
- Not every new employee adapts as easily
within a new organisation. This certainly does not mean they are less talented
associates. There are plenty of uncertainties: a new function, different
expectations, new colleagues,… We help new employees to overcome these
uncertainties and will guide them to work result-oriented.
